APPOINTMENT INFO & POLICIES:APPOINTMENTS:
Making all of your appointments in advance will ensure stylist availability, as well as allow you to secure the time that works best for your schedule. We do require a credit card to secure your appointment(s). Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, fill out new client paperwork, and enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you are more than 15-minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule it or modify your service(s). This may result in the full charge of your scheduled service despite any modifications made to the appointment. For your convenience, we provide a confirmation email and/or text upon scheduling and 48-hours prior to your appointment where you can text us back with any adjustments or cancellations needed. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact information. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY: We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. If you miss or cancel your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you will be billed 50% of the original scheduled service price. Failure to show for more than one appointment will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits. If a history of no showing appointments occurs, then we may require you to pre-pay for services at the time of scheduling or deny scheduling services for you.
