We strive for you to be satisfied with your service at all times. We do not offer refunds on services, but we will be grateful for the opportunity to make things right for you. In the event that you are unsatisfied with a service you have received, contact us within 10-days of your original visit and we will do everything we can to make it right.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash. We DO NOT accept Checks. For contactless payment, use Apple Pay or Tap for payment.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
We offer full exchanges on all product purchases. We know you want that “Salon look” through the daily products you use at home. The correct product is important. Don’t waste money on products you will never use. We do not offer refunds on any retail purchases. All Retail purchases may be exchanged for a better suited product within 30-days of the original purchase. We will gladly give you a full exchange credit toward the purchase of another product that better fits your needs. Final Sales include hairdryers, flat-irons, curling irons and hair accessories (such as clips, brushes, combs, etc.).
APPOINTMENTS:
Making all of your appointments in advance will ensure stylist availability, as well as allow you to secure the time that works best for your schedule. We do require a credit card to secure your appointment(s). Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, fill out new client paperwork, and enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you are more than 15-minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule it or modify your service(s). This may result in the full charge of your scheduled service despite any modifications made to the appointment.
For your convenience, we provide a confirmation email and/or text upon scheduling and 48-hours prior to your appointment where you can text us back with any adjustments or cancellations needed. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact information.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. If you miss or cancel your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you will be billed 50% of the original scheduled service price. Failure to show for more than one appointment will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits. If a history of no showing appointments occurs, then we may require you to pre-pay for services at the time of scheduling or deny scheduling services for you. In this case, if your appointment is missed, no refund or credit will be offered.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness. Gratuities are not included in services provided. Stylists can receive gratuity by credit card, cash, Venmo and through other cash apps. We DO NOT refund or transfer gratuities.
GUEST POLICY:
In order to provide each client with personalized individual attention, we reserve the service area for those clients receiving services. All guests are asked to wait in the reception area.
CHILDREN
Beginning January 1, 2023 we will no longer be accepting any new clients under the age of 12. At E.a. Wells Hair Design, we love all of the children that come to visit us. However, we are finding it difficult to fit many of our existing clients into our busy schedules. So we have decided to completely part ways with our 12 and under services to help create more availability for our other loyal clients.
DISCLAIMER:
Our pricing is based on time and product used to perform each service. If additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs, pricing is subject to increase. We welcome you to schedule a consultation with your stylist prior to your service to answer questions and receive specific pricing.
COLOR FORMULAS:
Our expertise is used to create our color formulations and this expertise is derived from years of education and experience. These formulas are the property of E.A. Wells Hair Design.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates are available for your gift giving convenience and are available to purchase in-salon or online (E-Gift). Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Once a gift certificate is purchased, you will have 1 year to use the entire balance to purchase products or a service.
CELL PHONES:
As a courtesy to other clients and our design team, we ask that you please refrain from using speakerphone or FaceTime while at the salon. Our goal is to provide a tranquil, private and undisturbed atmosphere at all times.

- We will continue to honor services for our existing clients under the age of 12. However, only children under the age of 9 qualify for our discounted pricing. Any existing client over the age of 9 will be priced as an adult.

Our small salon is fast paced with dangerous chemicals and equipment located throughout the space. To prevent accidents, we are asking you to please leave all kiddos at home when applicable.
