OUR HISTORY

E.a. Wells Hair Design was founded in 2012 by Melissa Flowers, named after Edith Anna Wells, her beloved grandmother. E.a. Wells Hair Design is built on a foundation of a long line of ambitious women who loved and practiced within the beauty industry. Through Edith Anna's example and love, Melissa Flowers realized her dream and passion. In memory, E.a. Wells Hair Design is born.

OUR MISSION

E.a. Wells Hair Design is an upscale, full-service, beauty and hair salon that is based in the heart of Raleigh, NC. We believe that CLEAN BEAUTY is the NEW BEAUTY. Our salon is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality services and amazing results by using some of the best and safest products that the industry has to offer. There are too many unnecessary chemicals and toxins in our everyday lives, so we believe we are doing our part in protecting each other and the environment by seeking out the purest and highest eco-friendly products on the market. We strive to help others feel and look their best, inside and out, through everything that we do at E.a. Wells Hair Design.

Our passion for beauty, style and family flows through all of our services. Our Hair Designers, Skin Specialists and Makeup Artist have trained at some of the top academies in the United States and they continue to perfect their craft through monthly continuing education and training both locally and internationally.

Each of our designers will go above and beyond to find the perfect look to meet your wants and needs, while teaching you step by step how to recreate your salon look or routine at home. At each visit, you can expect that we will give you detailed instruction on how you can maintain your style through future appointments and product knowledge, while you sit back and let us pamper you. Our team is eager to change the beauty industry, one appointment at a time.

CLEAN BEAUTY IS THE NEW BEAUTY

We use only the best and purest products that the beauty industry has to offer. Our salon uses the exclusive KEVIN.MURPHY, Organethic Pure Care, Oligo Professional, K18, British Barber's Association, Brazilian Blowout, and Green Envee product lines. We take great pride in our natural selection of products, by offering services and products that are Organic and free of Parabens, Sulfates, Gluten, Ammonia, Formaldehyde, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, and Animal Cruelty. Many of our products are made from complete PCR (Post Consumer Recyclables) and are eco friendly.
