Melissa Flowers knew at a very early age that she wanted to work in the beauty industry after watching a long line of ambitious women within her family demonstrate the importance of exhibiting love and passion within it. She officially launched E.a. Wells Hair Design in November 2012, named in honor of her beloved grandmother, Edith Anna Wells.
From the start, Melissa has fulfilled her vision of bringing clean beauty to Raleigh, NC. She has made it her mission to create a safe space that uses only the cleanest and highest performing products on the market. For over 20 years, Melissa has gained experience in cutting, custom coloring, and extensions. She is constantly hungry for more knowledge and growth as both a stylist and salon owner. KALEI KNIGHT | DESIGNER

Kalei has been a part of the E.a. Wells Hair Design Family since May 2021 after graduating from the Aveda Institute of Chapel Hill. She fell in love with the beauty industry at an early age as she played hair salon with her toys and friends. From there, she knew that she wanted to practice hair one day and explore her creativity.
Her favorite thing about the beauty industry is helping others feel good about themselves while accessing her creative side. Kalei loves all things blonding, balayage, extensions, and makeup! But she also loves the opportunity to craft the perfect haircut and blowout. When asked to describe her personality, she said she is outgoing, kind, and thoughtful. We couldn't agree more! REAGAN CRAWFORD | JUNIOR DESIGNER

Reagan has been apart of the E.a Wells Hair Design Family since November 2023 after graduating from Paul Mitchell Hair Academy. She is currently starting to take clients. She also helps out with guest services and our other stylist assisting with shampoos and other beauty services as she builds her clientele.
In addition, Reagan is also is our Social Media Coordinator. She helps run our Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and other sites so be sure to go check out those pages for exclusive content, special deals, and events. As well as hair services Reagan also offers lash lift & tints, brow lamination & tints, and waxing services. Outside of the salon Reagan loves hanging out with friends and her family.
